FAKE ITALIAN FOOD NOT TO SERVE TO AN ITALIAN
Italian Food is one of the most creative cuisines in the world as we never stop inventing and re-inventing new dishes. This discussion is not going against creativity or adding a twist to your dish but it’s about the fact you can’t create an Italian dish “Your WAY” without having a knowledge of the real Italian cuisine.
To be able to play around with a cuisine (especially cuisines with hundred years of history) you need to travel through the country of origin and experience the local flavours. Most of ethnic cuisines have local recipes and ancient dishes that are unique and different from a city to another.
Cooking is beautiful and fun but we should never forget the basic rules.
To all the restaurants around the world: PLEASE STOP SERVING FAKE ITALIAN FOOD and also other fake cuisines of the world.
