My cooking is inspired by my Italian heritage and my Nonna, and I love sharing my recipes with the world, so come to one of my cooking classes and enjoy a glass of Wine and some DIVINE Italian food.

All cooking classes are 3 hours and I make them as hands on as possible so you will get to watch me cook up a storm and then I will help you do it too!

Spaces are limited so get in early to avoid disappointment.

orecchiette

How to Make ORECCHIETTE PASTA.  Please have these ingredients ready in your kitchen:

Orecchiette pasta are cute little morsels that require no special tools – just a good eye and some patience to get right! They resemble a small ear (which is where their name comes from) and are typical of one of my favourite southern regions in Italy, Apulia.

This recipe will teach you how to make orecchiette from scratch using just two ingredients. They can be cooked up right away or left fresh in your pantry for a few months!

INGREDIENTS
300ml/1.26 cups warm water
500g/17.63oz semolina flour

UTENSILS
Wooden bench
Knife
Butter knife (if making orecchiette)

no knead bread

How to Make Artisan NO KNEAD BREAD. Please have these ingredients ready in your kitchen:

No knead bread recipe ANYONE can make. Literally, we can ALL create this dough and enjoy fresh, quality bread at home WITHOUT THE MESS. Try  my no knead bread recipe and create beautiful soft dough with the crispy crunch you all desire.

 

INGREDIENTS:
400g/14.10oz 00 flour OR All-purpose flour (Plus extra on the side)
3g/0.10oz fresh yeast OR  ½ teaspoon dry yeast
1 tablespoon salt
300ml/1.26 cups water (lukewarm water)

UTENSILS:

Dutch Oven (If you don’t have a dutch oven you can use a stainless steel Pot without plastic handles)
Spatula OR Fork
Large mixing bowl
Chopping board
