Cooking classes in Sydney Australia hosted by yours truly!

  • Learn how to cook delicious Italian food in an intimate and fun environment.
  • Bring along a group of friends or surprise your partner with a unique date night, and go home with some of the most delectable flavours of the Mediterranean in your stomach – and in a container to share with loved ones!

My cooking is inspired by my Italian heritage and my Nonna, and I love sharing my recipes with the world, so come to one of my cooking classes and enjoy a glass of Wine and some DIVINE Italian food.

All cooking classes are 3 hours and I make them as hands on as possible so you will get to watch me cook up a storm and then I will help you do it too!

Spaces are limited so get in early to avoid disappointment.

I am also available for bookings on alternate days which can include team building exercises, kitchen teas or children’s parties. How to Make PASTA E FAGIOLI.  Please have these ingredients ready in your kitchen:

For the sauce:

Carrot (chopped into small cubes)

Onion (chopped into small cubes)

EVOO

White beans (approx 50g/1,7oz – 60g/2,1oz per person)

Tomato

Sea salt

Basil leaves

How to Make ZEPPOLE CALABRESI. Please have these ingredients ready in your kitchen:

INGREDIENTS:
1kg/2.2lbs plain flour
3 cups of warm water
1 sachet of dry yeast
1 tablespoons of salt
3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
Vegetable oil (for frying)

INGREDIENTS FOR THE FILLING:
Anchovies OR Sardines
Dry mozzarella
Cherry tomatoes
Fresh basil leaves
Small bowl with oil (for keeping your hands moist)
