Byron Bay
What can I say about Byron Bay? BYRON BAY I LOVE YOU!!!
I have recently visited Byron Bay and if you don’t know what to expect from Byron Bay, read this and you will have your next holiday planned by Vincenzo’s Plate.
When you arrive to Byron Bay you became automatically relaxed because you are surrounded by relaxed, healthy and happy people. The main town is very small and it can be enjoyed with nice walks starting from the main road where the first pit stop should be @ The Eatery where you can enjoy one of the freshest breakfast in town. I recommend you to try the muscle relaxation smoothie (YUM).
After breakfast or brunch hire a car and drive to Wategos Beach where you will find a small exotic beach. From there you can do the 1 hour walk up to the Lighthouse and enjoy the amazing view of the Coast.
DID YOU KNOW BYRON BAY IS THE MOST EASTERN PART OF AUSTRALIA?
Byron Bay is the number 1 favourite location for Surfers but not all the beaches have big waves so professional surfers are normally in the wildest spots.
A relaxed dinner should be at the Balcony in the middle of the town, make sure you book at table overlooking the street (It’s more Romantic) โ Great price, good food and a nice atmosphere.
On Day 2 you should head for a BIG Breakfast BURGER @ TOP SHOP BYRON BAY then drive to Brunswick heads and spend a couple of hours on the beach. At around 12pm go to the AMAZING Myon Falls. On the way back from Myon Falls stop at the Crystal castle and enjoy the relaxing walk (if you are interested do the meditation class that starts at 3pm). You will feel like a new person.
Now finish the day at my favourite place, the KIVA SPA Mullumbimby. Book a one hour facial using the Hungarian products. I have never had a facial before but this was more beautiful than anything I could have imagined. You can also spend time in the hot spa’s, wood fired sauna and plunge pool. You will feel like you are in a different world.
There is so much to explore in Byron, I went for 5 days but could have stayed for two weeks.
Great food, people and lifestyle. I can’t wait to go back!
