Ensure that the sparkling wine or Prosecco you use is well-chilled to maintain the cocktail’s refreshing and effervescent qualities.

Serve immediately

Bellini Cocktail

Equipment

  • Champagne flute or long neck martini glass

Ingredients
  

  • 60 ml Peach nectar chilled
  • 90 ml Italian Prosecco chilled
  • tbsp Strawberry syrup
  • Large fresh strawberry

Instructions
 

  • Pour 60ml of peach nectar into a glass.
  • Add 90ml Prosecco and a touch of strawberry syrup.
  • Make a slit into the centre of a strawberry, being careful not to cut it in half.
  • Slide the strawberry on to the rim of the glass.
  • Serve with snacks as desired.

How to Serve Bellini Cocktail
