Bellini Cocktail
Equipment
- Champagne flute or long neck martini glass
Ingredients
- 60 ml Peach nectar chilled
- 90 ml Italian Prosecco chilled
- tbsp Strawberry syrup
- Large fresh strawberry
Instructions
- Pour 60ml of peach nectar into a glass.
- Add 90ml Prosecco and a touch of strawberry syrup.
- Make a slit into the centre of a strawberry, being careful not to cut it in half.
- Slide the strawberry on to the rim of the glass.
- Serve with snacks as desired.
