Vincenzo’s Top Tip To Make Americano Cocktail

Best served with…

Vincenzo’s Penne Arrabbiata and mouthwatering Arancini. This Americano Cocktail is so simple to make up there is no excuse not to try it!

Adjust the ratios

The traditional Americano recipe calls for equal parts Campari and sweet vermouth with a splash of soda water. However, you can adjust the ratios to your taste preference. For a sweeter cocktail, use more sweet vermouth, and for a more bitter cocktail, use more Campari.

Serve it properly

The Americano is typically served over ice in a highball glass, and garnished with an orange slice or peel. Make sure your glass is properly chilled before pouring the cocktail, and consider adding a large ice cube to prevent dilution.
