Preheat a frying pan over medium heat while you stretch the dough. At the same time, preheat your electric oven on broiler mode so it's hot and ready.
Place your dough ball on a workbench dusted with semolina flour. Press down gently in the center and work your way outward. Turn the dough and repeat, pressing from the center outward again to form a round shape.
Transfer the dough to the preheated pan and stretch the edges slightly to fit the pan. Once bubbles begin to form, add a portion of tomato sauce on top, gently spreading it over the base, leaving room around the edge for the crust.
Add the rest of your toppings—mozzarella, basil leaves, choose your favorites. Check the bottom of the dough for leopard spots and once they appear finish the pizza in the pre heated electric oven.
Place the frying pan on the top shelf of the oven and cook for 120 to 130 seconds, until the cheese is melted and the top is lightly charred.
