My favourite. The staple of many famous Italian dishes is pasta, and making it from scratch is so much fun. In this class, I will teach you how to make up to three different types of pasta such as the traditional Abruzzese Spaghetti Chitarra, Fettucine and Ravioli – and yes, we’ll whip up a sauce or two to serve these with as well!
This pasta making class is very hands-on and can get a little messy with the flour! Not only will you get to try all the different types of pasta we prepare but there will be plenty left over to take home to your family and friends (depending on how hungry you are on the night!)
