When will my delivery arrive?
Orders placed between Sunday midnight (AEST) and Thursday midnight will be delivered the next day before 4pm.
For same day orders, we can only accept these up to 8am on the day you wish for them to be delivered.
We cannot deliver to you on a Saturday, but you can place an order and come and pick up direct from our stall at Orange Grove Market in Leichhardt. Please email direct to place an order for pick up.
Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee the time your order will be delivered but we will do our best to have it in your hands (and closer to your bellies) as quickly as possible.
Note delivery windows may at times be extended due high volumes. Our drivers will do their best to deliver within these time frames but there may be situations outside of our control.
What areas do you deliver to?
We are currently only able to deliver to a select number of suburbs in Sydney’s inner west, CBD, North Sydney and part of South Western Sydney.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is FREE when you spend $50 or more. If you spend less than $50, delivery is $9.95. This cost may alter if you are outside of the areas we deliver to.
What happens if there is no one to accept my order?
We know that sometimes, things can happen that are outside of your control but as we do our best to get these sweet treats out to you in a timely manner, you need to make sure there is always someone to accept your delivery.
If there is no one at the location to accept the order, here’s what’ll happen:
- The courier will attempt to call the number provided and will also allow for a 10min wait time. If the recipient does not arrive/respond, the courier will also try the contact who has placed the order. Due to the freshness of the product produce being delivered, the sweets cannot be left outside.
- If the driver is unable to contact the recipient, the sweets will be sent back to us and a re-delivery can occur for an additional fee the following day.
If we are unable to deliver to the address, the order will also be sent back to VP HQ. We will then redeliver the order for 50% of the original order fee plus an additional delivery charge.
In other words, make sure someone is there to scoop up your treats!
What happens if I provide you with the wrong address?
If you provide us with an incorrect address we can’t accept any responsibility unfortunately. If you contact us in time with the change, before it is returned to VP HQ, we may be able to assist but it really depends on all other orders being delivered on the same day.
Again, we can redeliver the order at a charge of 50% of the original order but there will also be a delivery charge regardless if your order value qualified for Free Shipping.
Can you deliver to apartment/unit complex?
Yes we can! Be sure to note the unit number when placing the order and triple check your recipient is home to accept the delivery. If the building is secured, and we can’t get in, you will be charged 50% of the original fee plus a redelivery charge.
Do you deliver on weekends?
We deliver on Sundays and pick up from us direct is available between 8.30am-1pm on Saturdays in Lilyfield, NSW.
How long will the sweets stay fresh?
All desserts are made fresh, so we prefer if they are eaten on the day we deliver them. Next dayt will also be fine, just be sure to keep cannoli in the fridge and donuts out of the fridge!
Are there nuts in your sweets?
Our desserts are not gluten free and may contain traces of nuts even if it is not in the description. If you would like a custom dessert order, this can be arranged in special cases over a minimum spend however they will require a longer lead time. Just email: email@example.com
When is the latest possible time I can order for next day delivery?
Our cut off is 12 midnight Sydney EST time the day prior to delivery for Sydney.
Orders placed after this cut off date, will be delivered the next available business day.
I want to order a large number of cannoli for a special occasion, can I contact you directly?

Do you make other Italian desserts on request?
We can make other treats however it is dependent on when you require it and a minimum charge will apply. Email us at: email@example.com
Can I make changes to my order?
Uh-Oh! This is a tricky one. If we receive your email with changes by 6am the morning it is being delivered, we may be able to adjust the order, but if it is already made, we can’t. Email us as soon as you know there’s an issue: firstname.lastname@example.org
What methods of payment do you accept?
Bank transfer, PayPal and PayPal Express (which accepts all major credit cards and you don’t need an account)
What if I want to cancel my order?
All sweets are made fresh to order so they cannot be cancelled unless otherwise agreed by contacting us: email@example.com
My order is for a gift, can I add a message to it?
Sure! Just add a note to your order when checking out and we will do our best to include it! If you’re worried whether the recipient will be at the delivery location, please specify this on your order and include their contact details. We will call them on approach advising a delivery is on its way.
