Seafood is one of the most delicate ingredients to cook with – and I’m going to bring to you some recipes that I have created myself which will make up 3 courses including a starter, main and dessert. This course comes with two promises:
-The food will melt in your mouth.
-You will not go home hungry!
With my native city being on the coast of Southern Italy, a lot of my dishes are inspired by the sea, and by enjoying this 3 course meal with me, I’m aiming to take you home to get a sense of the smells and flavours that I grew up with.
You will go home with new techniques and a new mindset – an understanding that making quality Italian dishes doesn’t always involve hours of work – in fact, it’s really simple!
